We have several social programs such as Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Garden Party. Golf and tennis tournaments are also organized during the Meeting period. The details will be updated below as soon as they are determined. Please let us know of your attendance in the Registration Form.
Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
The Congress will open with an Opening Ceremony at the Chapel Overlook of the Grand Wailea. This will be followed by a Welcome Reception at the Chapel Lawn, where drinks and a fork buffet will be served. Please note this is an outdoor event, so please dress accordingly and wear comfortable footwear.
