Presentation Time |

At the symposium, every presenter is required to follow the organizer's direction. As for Oral Communication, each presenter has 10 min. of presentation followed by a five minutes discussion. |
 |

Language |
| |
|
|
The official language of the presentation is English. |
 |
| |
|
Registration of Presentation |
| |
|
|
Speakers should make registration of presentation at least 45 min before their sessions. |
| |
|
|
Please bring your data to the PC-preview counter at prescribed time. After the registration of presentation, check if the data works properly with a technician. |
| |
|
|
After checking, please be seated at your session room no later than 15 min prior to your presentation. |

The OS which is prepared by organizing committee is Windows XP, and presentation software is Microsoft Power Point 2000/2003. |

Prepare your presentation using Power Point and bring your data, in CD-R or USB memory. |
| |
|
|
Please operate the OS by yourself while your presentation. |
| |
|
|
If you use other software or Macintosh, bring your own notebook computer. |
| |
|
|
After the presentation, copied files will be certainly destroyed by Secretariat of the meeting. |
| |
|
|
|

|
To hook to the projector, only Mini D-Sub15 pin is available. |
| |
|
|
Please bring your AC adaptor. |
| |
|
|
To deactivate the screen-saver and power saving function is required. |

Venue: Hall H ("Atrium", 1st floor), Hall I ("Icho", 3rd floor) |

| |
|
|
All presenters are required to register at the registration desk for authors which is located in each hall. |
| |
|
|
Please mount and remove your posters by yourselves. |
| |
|
|
Poster size should be within 120cm (width) × 160cm (height). |
| |
|
|
The title should be indicated on your poster, followed by affiliations and authors. |
| |
|
|
Each presenter will receive a ribbon at the registration desk. All presenters are requested to ware their ribbons on their chests, and be at the poster by the designated presentation time. |
