Information for Speakers
|
After checking the output at the Computer Center (the Lobby of Reception Hall
(Bldg. 1, 4th Floor)), please give your own laptop to
the Computer Operator Desk if you wish to use Macintosh or
moving images.
If you are late for your scheduled presentation time, it may
not be possible for you to speak. Please come to the venue
in good time.

Information for Poster Presenters
|
There will be no reception for poster presentation. Presenter is asked to individually
displayed their posters on the correct panels at the Reception
Hall.

After paying your registration fee,
you will be given (1) a Meeting ID (name card) and (2) the
Meeting program at the Desk.
You must wear your Meeting ID (name card) at all times within
the Meeting venue.
