Step 1
  1. Enter Primary Author, Affiliation, and Password.
  2. Click the [ Confirm ] button.
Step 2
  1. If you have other authors, enter co-authors’ names, and select the numbers of Affiliation. If his/her affiliations are different from the Primary author's, add the name of affiliation. The maximum number that can be registered is 9 for co-authors, and 10 for their affiliation.
  2. Abstract title: up to 25 words.
  3. Abstract text: up to 250 words.
  4. Click the [ Confirm ] button.
  5. Click the [ Proceed to submit ] button.
For Invited Speakers
  • Choose “Invited Speaker” in Category.
  • Upload CV, and Head Shot for the congress program book.
    • CV: Maximum a page of A4 size, File type: Word or PDF
    • Head Shot: Color, High resolution for printing, File type: JPEG
For Oral, Poster presentation
  • There are 2 types of presentation (Oral or Poster).
    Note: Presentation style will be determined by the Program Committee.
  • Choose “Topics” of your research.

    Your ID Number and Password are indicated in the confirmation e-mail.


  • Any corrections to be made to your abstract will be your own responsibility.
  • The abstract should clearly and specifically describe the intent of the presentation in the order of purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Be sure to list the full name of the affiliation, the specialty, and the department.
  • Note: All similar departments should be listed using the same name; for example, "Department of Pediatric Science" and "Pediatric Course" should be listed as "Department of Pediatrics."
  • For numbers, Arabic numbers (1, 2, 3) should be used; for years, the western calendar year should be used.
  • For all foreign languages except for German, the entire text should be in lowercase letters except for proper nouns and the first letter of the first word in a sentence. Names of persons, pharmaceuticals and places should be in their original language.
  • Regarding video images of patients please be sure to pay careful attention to ethical codes.
  • The material must not been presented at this Society’s Meeting or any other conference. (However, it does not apply to those presented at research group meetings.)
  • In the case of a presentation on a new test method or medical treatment method, it is stated in the abstract to the effect that informed consent has been obtained, and that approval has been obtained from relevant committees such as the ethics committee and the institutional review board.

Notification of acceptance

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and the acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be announced to the applicants via e-mail at the beginning of March, 2019.
