The 58th CIDESCO WORLD CONGRESS will be held in September 2009 in Kyoto, Japan
CIDESCO (Comite International d‘Esthetique et de Cosmetologie), founded in Belgium in 1946 with its Head Office in Zurich, Switzerland, is the world’s major international beauty therapy association that has 34 branch offices in the world. It is operating internationally for the growth and promotion of esthetics on a global level.
CIDESCO holds World Congresses all over the world every year. The 58th edition in 2009 is to be held in Kyoto, Japan for the first time in 29 years since the first World Congress in Japan(Tokyo) was held in 1980. It is expected that many CIDESCO certified and prospective estheticians will participate and also seminars, workshops, competitions and an exhibition will be taken place at the site.

CIDESCO World congress will be held in Kyoto, September 12th-14th 2009.
As the leading International qualification for estheticians and spa therapists, CIDESCO brings together therapists from over 30 countries. CIDESCO has been established in Japan for over 25 years and we have around 2000 domestic members.
It is an excellent chance to showcase Japans advanced technology in machines, cosmetics and related items for the spa industry.
Attendees will mainly be estheticians, spa therapsits, salon owners, spa directors, teachers and students. Apart from members of our association we will invite members of Ajesthe, which number 15,000.
