All registrations must be processed online. The online registration system will be available from March 2^nd 2009.

Upon receipt of your online Conference Registration and corresponding payment a confirmation statement will be sent to the attendee via email. This statement will be considered your receipt for the Conference. Please bring this statement with you to the Conference Registration area when picking up your Conference materials.
