Please use the designated Abstract Form attached hereby. Read these instructions carefully before submission.
Preparation for Abstract
- All abstracts must be submitted in English and should not exceed 250 words. The abstract title, names of authors and affiliations should not be included in the word count. Strictly no graphs or charts allowed.
- The title should be in capital letters and bold print. Do not centralize.
- The authors' names should appear as their first two initials followed by their family names. Authors' affiliations should be indicated by numbered superscripts with the name of the respective institution(s), city and country listed immediately beneath the list of authors, typed in upper and lower case and single-spaced without using full-stops. The presenter's name is to be underlined.
- The text of the abstract must include "Objectives", "Methods", "Results" and "Conclusion". The section headings should appear in bold.
- Please save your abstract in Microsoft Word format with a preferred font size 11 point in Times New Roman font. Name the file after the presenting author's family name. Should the presenting author be submitting more than one abstract, please number the files accordingly.
- All Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Submission Information
Abstract is to be submitted electronically as a file attachment to the Secretariat at e-mail address (eahf2009@congre.co.jp).
Submission Deadline
30th April 2009
Notification of Submission Status
Authors will be notified of the status of their submission by 8th May 2009. Authors who wish to withdraw their submission papers are to notify the secretariat in writing.

The Organizing committee reserves the right to amend or change any part of the submission guidelines without prior notice.
