Registration procedure
‘ Pre-registration (On-line registration)
@ Pre-registration is accepted only through online registration from this website. If you have already submitted an abstract as a main author, please type the Login ID number and password which were issued when you submitted the abstract. The information registered at the abstract submission will be displayed on the screen automatically.

‘ Method of payment
@ The payment should be made by credit card in principle.
In case that you do not have a credit card or that your card is not accepted to make online payments, it is possible to pay your registration fee via bank transfer.
Please choose "Bank Transfer" as a payment method when you register from the button below.

Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when making inquiries to the secretariat.


‘ Confirmation letter
@ After confirming the payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to each registrant by e-mail or posting about one week before the conference. Please be sure to bring this confirmation letter with you to the meeting venue after confirming the payment status and show it to the pre-registration desk. The confirmation letter will be collected at the pre-registration desk. If necessary, please make a copy before the conference.
