LANGUAGE

Posters must be written in ENGLISH language, it will be not accepted in other languages.

POSTER PLACEMENT

Posters will be displayed from Monday, March 23 through Tuesday, March 24. Each author/presenter is responsible for placing and removing their own poster on the assigned panel. The scheduled sessions begin at 9:45 on March 23. All posters should be hung up from 7:00 – 9:30 am on March 23, and they will be displayed until 14:45 on March 24 in the poster area. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any posters that are not removed on time. Authors will be requested to stand next to their poster boards during the scheduled coffee breaks.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR POSTER

Please prepare your poster on one sheet of cardboard. Alternatively presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets.

POSTER
  • The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 900mm wide and 1900mm high.
  • Posters should be in the portrait (vertical) orientation.
  • Note that a sticker with the poster number will be affixed in the upper left corner by the secretariat.
  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
  • Please refer to the Final Program for the poster number assigned to you.
  • Please use push-pins to affix your poster to the board firmly. The secretariat will provide equipment and items required for affixing the posters.
