Abstract Submission Instructions

All abstracts must be submitted online.  To save time, you should prepare your abstract offline in MS Word format or in text file format.  You may either copy and paste or type the abstract directly into the submission site.  A first author or a presenting author is required to register on the web site to create a user account and password.

Once your registration is completed, you are to receive the registration number, which is necessary, each time you submit an abstract.  When you submit an abstract, you will receive an ID number.  The ID number is given to each abstract.

Each abstract should contain: (1) an introductory sentence indicating the purpose(s) of the study: (2) a brief description of pertinent experimental procedures; (3) a summary of the new, unpublished data; (4) a statement of the conclusions.

You are allotted 2,000 characters without spaces for the body of your abstract.  Titles, authors and institutions are not included in the 2,000 characters.  You can insert a table.  Your table will be counted as 600 characters.

Be sure to check all of your entries thoroughly before you complete the submission, and make sure you retain the ID number you receive upon completion.

You are to select either an oral presentation or a poster presentation, however, the final selection of the presentation style is to be determined by the Scientific Committee.

If you are 40 years old or younger, you are entitled to apply for Young Investigators’ Award.

*Note* This instruction does not apply for Invited Speakers for Plenary Lecture/ Congress Lecture/ Eye Opener /Symposium
