| HOTEL RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT |

| Reservations may be made on-line using the electronic reservation form for accommodation and
optional tours on the website, http://www.congre.co.jp/ima2006/, or by facsimile using the hard copy
Reservation Form enclosed with this circular. Reservations must reach Kinki Nippon Tourist no later than
Fri., June 23, 2006. |

| Hotel reservations by overseas participants should be accompanied by payment of hotel deposit (one night
accommodation charges for the 1st choice hotel) by credit card (VISA, Master Card, AMEX, JCB or Diners
Club) and the remainder of hotel charges should be settled directly at the hotel. If you are unable to pay by
credit card, please contact Kinki Nippon Tourist for alternative arrangements. No deposit is required for
hotel reservations by domestic participants and they are asked to settle all charges at the hotel. |

| HOTEL CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY |
|
| Cancellation or change of hotel reservations should be made in writing (by fax or e-mail) to IMA Desk
for Accommodation and Optional Tours, Kinki Nippon Tourist. In case of cancellation, your deposit will
be refunded after deducting the bank charge, commission, and a cancellation fee as shown below. |
