Nominations Are Now Open for the Sponsored Young Investigator Awards
We are pleased to inform you that the US-based law firm of Kazan, McClain, Lyons, Greenwood & Harley has graciously offered to sponsor three Young Investigator Awards for outstanding IMIG2010 abstract submissions.
Those awards are as follows:
- BANJAN (Ban Asbestos Network Japan) Young Investigator Award ($2,000)
- ADAO (Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization) Young Investigator Award ($1,500)
- IBAS (International Ban Asbestos Secretariat) Young Investigator Award ($1,500)
To be eligible:
- Applicants must have already submitted your abstract to the IMIG2010.
- Applicants must have finished their PhD or some advanced training or the equivalent thereof within the past five years (i.e. after July 2005).
- Submitted abstracts must describe an original piece of experimental or clinical work that has been performed principally by the applicant.
To apply, please fill out the application form and return it to the IMIG2010 Secretariat via e-mail or fax by July 25, 2010.
