Rules for Sessions Open for Application
The following rules apply for the submission of abstracts to Symposia, Workshop, and General Sessions.
- Abstract must be written in English.
- The completed abstract should be submitted on-line via the website. Once the abstract has been submitted, an automatic confirmation including an abstract submission number which should be quoted in all correspondence, will be sent to the author.
- The organizers will not accept any responsibility for abstracts that have not been submitted properly. You must also indicate whether your submission is for an oral or a poster presentation by choosing the appropriate presentation type.
- Submitted abstracts can be modified using the abstract submission number and password via the website until April 30, 2010.
- All abstracts will initially be reviewed, graded and accepted by the Program Organizing Committee and external experts. The committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as an oral or as a poster presentation.
- Authors will be notified whether abstracts have been accepted for presentation or not around the end of May, 2010. Authors will also be informed whether they are to present the abstract as an oral or poster presentation. It is the responsibility of the presenting author to distribute the information to the co-authors.
Note: Only accepted abstracts are to be presented and published in the abstract book.
Instruction for abstracts submission
- Please keep your abstract body to within 300 words.
Do not include any images, tables, figures, graphics, or photos.
- Maximum number of co-authors: 15.
Maximum number of institutions/affiliations: 10
