Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the Congress Secretariat by September 28, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellation received after September 28, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellation of gala dinner. All refunds will be made after the congress and are subjected to a 6,000 yen administration fee. |
