Welcome!
ICE2010 Satellite Symposium: International Symposium on Pediatric Endocrinology

On behalf of the Japanese Society for Pediatric Endocrinology, it is my great honor and pleasure to invite you to Tokyo for the International Symposium on Pediatric Endocrinology that will be held on the 31st of March to the first of April, 2010 in Tokyo with Get-Together. This symposium consists of plenary lecture, young investigator session, poster session, and four main symposium sessions. The main symposium sessions will discuss and update the knowledge of interesting topics of (1) Molecular Basis of Growth Disorders; (2) Advances in Gonad and adrenal Research; (3) Childhood Diabetes Mellitus and Metabolic Syndrome; and (4) Global Pediatric Endocrinology.

We have set up three major purposes in this symposium. First, to learn the most updated and cutting edge topics. We are certainly confident that every attendant will satisfy the lectures of the top clinical and basic scientists invited to this symposium. Second, to reinforce the collaboration with pediatric endocrinologist in Asian countries. We are very happy that three excellent Korean researchers join this symposium at this time. Third, to provide opportunities for young Japanese investigators to present their works. It is our great hope to encourage young investigators to communicate with the member of other sister societies. We believe that everybody will enjoy this symposium.

Tokyo is attractive, exciting and super-active city for any generation. I would like to invite everybody to attend and present your work in this stimulating symposium and also enjoy the city of Tokyo.

I look forward to seeing you at the International Symposium on Pediatric Endocrinology in Tokyo!.
