General Guidelines
| 1. | Abstracts body should contain a maximum of 200 words and must be submitted in English. Presentation title and name of authors are not included in the word count. |

| 2. | Once submission is completed, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your abstract submission. If you do not receive this e-mail within 30 minutes after submission, there is a possibility that your submission has not been processed completely. In that case, please contact the secretariat (ispe2010@congre.co.jp) by e-mail. |
| 3. | ID Number is generated automatically when an abstract is submitted. During the submission period, you may edit your abstract with this ID number and the password. After the deadline for abstract submission, any change related to abstracts cannot be made. Please make sure all the information is registered before the deadline for abstracts submission. |
| 4. | Any submitted abstracts will not be edited or proof-read before printing. The first/presenting author is responsible for his/her abstract. |
| 5. | No chart or graphics should be included in the abstract. |
| 6. | All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. |
| 7. | Abstract submissions will only be accepted via the symposium website. |
| 8. | All abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Organizing Committee. |
| 9. | Authors will be notified by e-mail of their abstract results |
| 10. | Please note that the acceptance of an abstract does not imply funding from the Symposium. |
| 11. | The first author is considered as a presenting author. The first author is responsible for getting agreements from co-authors before submission. |
| 12. | One may submit more than one abstract. |
Notification of acceptance / rejection
The Program Organizing Committee will make the final decision of acceptance/rejection. Notification of acceptance/rejection and detailed information for your poster presentation will be announced after the submission deadline.
