On-site Registration will be available. Those who wish to register after Mar. 15, 2010, please register at the registration desk on-site.

After payment of the registration fee, a "Registration Confirmation with Receipt" e-mail will automatically be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please print out this confirmation e-mail and present it at the registration desk on-site upon your arrival at the Symposium venue.
The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as "ISPE 2010".

Refund cannot be made in all cases.

In addition to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a Visa to enter Japan issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country. If you need a Visa, please check the "Required" box in the Visa section of the online registration form. Please also select your "Nationality" from the drop-down menu. The Secretariat will assist you with preparation of documents to submit with your application to the Embassy in your country. Visa documentation can only be provided for pre-paid registration.
