| Method of Payment |

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted. |

| Confirmation |
|
As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials. |

| Visa |
|
Participants who require visas must submit all required information which is included in the Online Registration Form and then wait for visa application documents to be mailed by the Secretariat. (It takes approximately three weeks.) We urge you to complete your registration by July 31, 2011, so that you would have ample time for applying for a visa. |
|
|
|
Please note that we will prepare necessary documents only to those who have already completed registration with required payment. When contacting the secretariat office, please make sure to write your Registration Number. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
|
A cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat no later than July 7, 2011. We charge 50% of the total amount paid for cancellation charge. After July 7, 2011, there will be NO REFUNDS. |
|

|
Banquet tickets and Experience Japanese Culture tickets are NOT refundable at any time. |
|
|
|
