It is your responsibility of the recipient to be present at the Congress and claim your Travel Award at the location and time designated as above. Payment cannot be made neither before nor after the Congress. |

Travel Award will be paid upon presentation of a valid photo ID and a copy of an e-mail notification. |
 |
Every recipient may only receive one Travel Award. |
 |
Travel Award is not transferable. |
