The 80th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Cancer Association
Information on the convening of the meeting
This meeting is planned to be held under thorough infection prevention measures at PACIFICO Yokohama onsite for three days from September 30 (Thursday) to October 2 (Saturday), 2021.
However, we have decided to partially change the format of the meeting to enable online attendance as well.
- All sessions will be held onsite at PACIFICO Yokohama, but it has been decided to convene the meeting in a hybrid format as outlined below.
- The following sessions will be streamed live: Special Lecture by Prof. Yamanaka, JCA-AACR, Core Symposia, and International Sessions.
- On-demand streaming of all invited sessions via the internet will be provided from October18 (Monday) to November 12 (Friday) (tentative dates). General Oral Sessions/Poster Sessions will be held onsite only.
- Speakers and chairs for all oral sessions can participate online. Speakers may choose Online (live) presentation or submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation. We will notify speakers about presentation details later.
As the organizers, we are committed to putting forth our very best efforts for the preparations in order to surpass the past meetings with lively presentations and discussions by JCA members, and ensure the success of our annual meeting.
