Today, Big Data analyses and Artificial Intelligence(AI) are making evolutional progress and this evolution is affecting medical studies. Big data and AI transform the rapidly expanding collection of health data into more practical, real-world and actionable knowledge to deliver precision medicine. However, the traditional methods of clinical research cannot handle the volume and veracity of data that is currently being generated in cardiovascular medicine. In this session, we expect the presentation of cutting-edge abstracts discussing cardiovascular problems using Japanese real-world data that help us to take a step toward the promise of Big Data and AI. The work sampled here will show the perspective on the opportunities and challenges of Big Data.
