General Information

1. The official language is English. You are required to submit an abstract and make a presentation in English.
2. Abstracts body should be 700 words or less, including the title and author information.
3. If any, chart or graphics should be sent to the secretariat by the attachment of JPEG.
4. For modification and deletion, you are requested to contact the secretariat during the abstracts submission period. The secretariat accepts your request once only as a principle.
5. All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
6. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee.
7. Authors will be notified by e-mail of their abstract results.

How to submit an abstract

1. Please fill out the application form.
2. Please type a title and an abstract with Word File.
3. Please send the application Form and the Word File to the secretariat by e-mail.
   • If any, chart or graphics should be sent by the attachment of JPEG.
   • The title of the E-mail should be “Abstract Submission for the IS”.
4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the secretariat to inform you your submission is accepted and be notified the ID for your submission.
   If you do not receive this e-mail within 3 days after submission, there is a possibility that your submission has not been processed completely.
   In that case, please contact the secretariat by e-mail.
