Abstract Submission period: October 14, 2009 – March 15, 2010

Those wishing to make presentations (Oral, Poster and Video) are requested to prepare an English abstract.

1. Please submit an abstract in English.
2. Abstracts body should contain a maximum of 700 words including the title and author information.
3. For modification and deletion, you are requested to contact the secretariat during the abstracts submission period. The secretariat accepts your request once only as a principle.
4. After March 15, 2010, abstracts can no longer be submitted, updated or withdrawn.
5. Authors must indicate your preference for oral, poster or video. However, please note that the Program Committee will make the final decision.
6. The Program Committee will review and select papers to be presented (Oral, Poster and Video) and will notify all applicants of the results of the review.
7. All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
