7th APOSSM/7th Biennial Meeting of Asia-Pacific Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine

E-Posters for APOSSM2010 will be available for browsing on the internet.

In specific terms, this will mean that viewing of posters, which has been available on a printed-out paper basis to date, will be available for PC-based browsing in digital format.

You can register your E-Poster Data from the "E-Poster Registration Site" and the registered data will be used both for viewing on PCs during the meeting.

The E-Posters for APOSSM2010 will be for viewing purposes only and there will be no presentations accompanying the E-Posters.

Before registering the data for your E-Poster, you must complete advance registration on the APOSSM website.

Please make sure that all slides are in English.

Please follow the data compilation guidelines below, when you prepare the data.

• Please use PowerPoint to create your data prior to registration. The versions of PowerPoint that are compatible for registration are as follows:
  • PowerPoint 2003 and 2007 for Windows
  • PowerPoint 2004 and 2008 for Macintosh

  With any other versions of PowerPoint there is a possibility that slides will not display correctly or not display at all. You are therefore requested to use one of the above versions of PowerPoint.
  Please avoid inserting videos or animations in your presentation as these cannot be displayed.

• Please use only standard OS fonts.
  • Windows (Times New Roman, Arial, Century)
  • Mac (Times, Helvetica)
• Please name your file using only the presentation number provided, in single byte characters.
  Only single byte (English alphabetic and numeric) characters can be used for the file name and Japanese and other characters/spaces cannot be used.
• Please register your E-Poster data between May 7 (Fri) and noon Japan time on May 31 (Mon). No submissions can be accepted after the deadline and you are requested to ensure you register in good time.
  Please note that if your data has not been registered by the deadline your E-Poster will be cancelled.
  The data you register can be changed or corrected as many times as required during the abovementioned registration period. Please log-in using your presentation number and password to make changes. Once the registration deadline has passed no more changes can be made to the data. (You are requested to register your data in good time as directly prior to the deadline there may be some delay in registering.)

  * No requests to replace data or correct data will be accepted on the day of the annual meeting.

• Please ensure that a single E-Poster does not exceed 30MB in total size. Files in excess of this size cannot be accepted so please ensure that they are below the 30MB limit. Videos and animations cannot be inserted into the files.
• Please ensure that your E-Poster is 12 slides or less in length.
• Please make the first slide a title page and include any concluding remarks, etc., on the final slide.
