| 3. Instructions for Oral Presentations: |
| For oral presentations, you are requested to use your personal computers. You can use data files processed by Windows stored in computer memory or media such as CD-ROM and USB flash drives. |
Data files processed by Macintosh stored in computer memory are available, but data stored in media such as CD-ROM and USB flash drives are not available.
Slides and VCR projectors will NOT be available. |

| Registration and Confirmation of Data Prepared for Presentations |

Please bring your PC to the PC Preview* to confirm the proper operation of the data one hour before your oral presentation. If you use your own PC, please bring it by yourselves to the PC operator who will be seated on the left side of the stage at the venue of your presentation after the confirmation of preview. |

For oral presentations, the available software is Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, 2002 and 2003 only. |

PowerPoint 2007 cannot be used. When using PowerPoint 2007, please be sure to bring your own PC. |

The screen resolution of the equipment installed at the venue is 1024 x 768 dpi. |

|
You are requested to operate a keyboard and/or a mouth on the podium by yourselves.
The PC main body cannot be placed on the podium. |

| Instructions for the Speakers who Bring PC |

Either Windows or Macintosh is available. |

Ensure that your computer is equipped with the proper monitor connector (mini D-sub15 pins) as shown below. If your computer does not have this connection, please bring an appropriate converter with you. Any other connections are not usable. |

Please deactivate the screen-saver and power saving function in advance. |

Be sure to bring an AC adaptor with you. The Japanese standard AC voltage is 100 V. |

The secretariat is not responsible for any projection troubles caused by computer technical difficulties. We recommend that all presenters bring back-up data. |

| Instructions for the Speakers who Bring Media |
| (1) |

Only data processed by Windows are available. Please bring your data saved on CD-ROM or USB flash drives. Data stored in CD-RW, MO and floppy disks are not acceptable. Also, compressed data stored in any media is not acceptable. |
 |

|
Windows (Windows XP and Office 2003) will be usable at the venue. The software used for the presentation is Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, 2002 and 2003 only. The use of the data proceeded by Office 98 and the older versions may cause failure in display. |
 |

Please select the default fonts used by PowerPoint and avoid any special fonts.
| The recommended fonts are Century and Century Gothic. |
|

| (4) |
|
Animation and moving images can be used. In this regard, however, please comply with the following points. |

Moving images and sound attached to data of PowerPoint must be playable through Windows Media Player or Quick Time. |

Please be sure to bring video files along with data of PowerPoint.

Capacity: one CD-R or less (DVD is not available.) |

If movies are used, we recommend that you bring your own laptop PC as a backup. |

| If media you brought includes data linked to other data such as still images, moving images and graphs, please bring the data after confirmation of operation using the other computer in advance. The data capacity is limited to 500 MB. |

Media will be returned to you on site soon after data is accepted. Presentation data loaded on the computers will be completely deleted after the presentation. |

| 4. Internet Section |
| LAN connection is available at the event hall. Wireless LAN is also available at the 1st floor Main Lobby. |
