Brief Instructions

• The abstract must be written in English.
• The body must not exceed 200 words.
• Use of tables and figures is NOT permitted in the abstract.
• ONLY ‘Online Submission’ through this website is acceptable. Submission by E-mail, Fax or Postal mail is NOT accepted.
• Decision will be emailed and accepted authors will receive instructions of your presentation in late October 2015.
• Accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Rinsyoubiseibutsu (Japanese Society for Clinical Microbiology).

Instructions for ‘Abstract Submission’

Abstract should be submitted according to the following instructions.

• Select Presentation: Please be sure to select a preferable presentation.
  Oral Presentation
  Poster Presentation
• Author(s) and Affiliation(s) :
  Authors’ Name: Write the Given Name first, followed by the Family Name which should be written in all capital letters. The number of affiliations should be added.
  (ex.) John E. SMITH¹, Jiro TANAKA²
  Affiliation(s): Number affiliations as follows..
  (ex.) 1.Department of Clinical Technology Department, Tohoku University Hospital, Japan
  2. Department of Clinical Technology Department, Congress Memorial Hospital, Japan
  Necessary information (Name, Affiliation, Country, Address including Street, City, Zip Code, Telephone, Fax and Email) should be provided precisely.
• Title: Capitalize the first letter of the title.
  (ex.) EUCAST antimicrobial susceptibility testing- modern principles for determining breakpoints
• Abstract Body: Must be written in English, The total length of the presentation should not exceed 265 words. Including the title, the author’s name and the institution.
  Use of tables and figures is NOT permitted in the abstract.
  Please be informed that it is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
• Password: Input 6-8 English one byte characters. It is necessary when view, edit or delete your abstract.

Please carefully keep ‘Registration ID’ and ‘Password’. If you do not receive the confirmation by email, please check the registered email address once again at ‘Confirm / Modify / Delete’.
