* All registration fees are payable in Japanese yen only.
* Payment must be made on-line by credit card only.
* Students need to provide a copy of ID to the Secretariat by E-mail (jsco2011@congre.co.jp) or FAX (+81-3-5216-5552) by August 31, 2011.
* Medical staff means a nurse or a pharmacist.
* Cancellation after the registration is not acceptable for any reasons.
VISA
Those who need an invitation letter from JSCO2011 or those who need visa application documents, please contact the secretariat at jsco2011@congre.co.jp after your registration. Please note we will prepare necessary documents only to those who have already completed registration with required payment. When contacting the secretariat office, please let us know your registration Number.
