* The peer review committee will evaluate submitted abstracts comprehensively based on the study contents, ethical aspects, etc., to decide.

* The topic of the plenary session will be selected from among the submitted titles.

* Please present titles that are not incorporated in the International Session or the Workshop as poster presentations.

* You can submit an abstract of original data based on your presentation which has been submitted to other international conferences.

* Submitted abstracts have the potential to publish in "Annals of Oncology".

 

Late-breaking abstracts

The 11th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Medical Oncology will put out a call for
late-breaking abstracts which are based on latest results of researchesto discuss deeply.
In case of applying, please select "yes" for the question, "Are you applying for late-breaking
abstracts?" and register outline and predicted result of your research as interim registration.
In the middle of May, 2013, the secretariat will request you to complete your registration.

 

Travel Grant

Among the titles submitted to the 11th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Medical
Oncology, those submitted by young researchers living in other countries than Japan will be
reviewed by a selection committee. The travel expenses of presenters who have submitted
outstanding work will partially be refunded.

* JPY50,000-100,000 of travel support to investigators from Asia. (depending on the quality of abstract)

* JPY150,000 of travel support to investigators from US or EU.

* If you get supports from any company, your application for Travel Grant will be counted as invalid.

All speakers (Representative presenters) and directors (who are in charge of the studies,
