Method of Payment
We accept only credit card payments in principle.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made in writing and received by the Congress Secretariat by July 31, 2012 will be eligible for a full refund minus a JPY 5,000 administration fee. Cancellations made between August 1 and 31, 2012 will be refunded 50% of their registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 1, 2012 or for no-shows.

Visa Requirements
All delegates are responsible for checking visa entry requirements for Japan. Applications can take up to several months to process and some delegates must apply for their visa in person at their local Japanese embassy or consulate. Please contact your local embassy for entry formalities and apply for any required visa well in advance.
The Conference Secretariat is unable to issue a letter of invitation to delegates prior to receipt of the registration form and payment of Fees.
