I am appointed as Congress Chair of the 39th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
In holding this annual meeting I take this opportunity to express my profound gratitude to all members and officials of the meeting.
The meeting is scheduled to take place from November 1st to 3rd, 2019 at Matsuyama Multi-Purpose Community Center, and to be held jointly with the 59th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine chaired by Dr. Teruhito Mochizuki, the professor of radiology in the Ehime University Graduate School of Medicine.
We have organized this annual meeting together with the residents of Ehime prefecture and the local residents in Chugoku and Shikoku area to welcome all attendees to the meeting.
The main theme of this meeting is “Nuclear Medicine, Fountain of Ideas for Precision Medicine”. We have chosen this theme in hope that the idea flows like water from spring, and the nuclear medicine becomes useful both in whole medicine as well as individual medicine.
The scientific program includes an honorary lecture, educational lectures and symposiums in joint session, also planning to offer a number of attractive sessions.
Ehime prefecture is famous for Matsuyama castle with a beautiful architecture and for Dogo Springs.
There is a sightseeing train called “ Botchan train”, which is named after a novel written by Soseki Natsume, a Japanese famous novelist. This train is connecting between Matsuyama city and Dogo spring.
We hope that a lot of members will attend the meeting and are looking forward to seeing all of you in Ehime in 2019.
