Papers that exceed these limits will be returned for reduction without review. All papers must be prepared following the Instructions for Authors which can be downloaded from the following website:

There are two options for submitting the paper. The preferred option is to submit the paper as an e-mail attachment to the following e-mail address:

nanospd3-paper@zaiko.kyushu-u.ac.jp

The second option is to submit the paper as a printed copy together with a
floppy disk or CD. For this option, please mail to:

Faculty of Engineering
Kyushu University
Fukuoka 812-8581

All papers will be peer reviewed and, if necessary, returned for revision or correction. To ensure adequate time for the reviewing process, all papers must be received no later than the official deadline of March 1, 2005. The published proceedings will be available for pick-up at the Registration Desk on September 21, 2005.

Each paper should be accompanied by a separate statement listing the name of the responsible author, the relevant telephone/fax/e-mail information and the manuscript number (given in the acceptance letter). Each paper requires a Copyright Transfer Agreement. The relevant form should be downloaded from the web, printed, signed and returned with the manuscript. If offprints are required, please download, complete and return an Offprint Order Form.
