Please bring this card to the registration desk when you arrive at the congress site. Cancellation The registration fee will be refunded only for cancellations received
in writing to the secretariat. The following cancellation and bank
charges will be deducted from the fees paid. Please indicate clearly
the bank, branch, and account name and number to which the refund
should be made.
If for reasons beyond the control of organizers, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deductions for expenses already incurred. On-site Registration The Registration Fees can be paid by cash (only Japanese yen accepted) at the reception desk for the duration of the conference. |
