Hardship Fund for Students
  The Executive Committee of PCSI decided that ALL students (regardless of country) would be eligible to apply for the hardship fund for the Japan conference to help defray travel and hotel high costs in case they had an abstract accepted for presentation (oral or poster).

  If you are a student, had an abstract accepted and wish to apply for the hardship fund please send an e-mail message to Ceu Mateus (ceum@ensp.unl.pt) until the 19th of August (next Wednesday). Also indicate an estimate of the costs by item (registration fee, travel and hotel).
 
Hardship Funds for Participants from Emerging and Developing Economies
  In order to be eligible to apply for the hardship fund you should:

Have an abstract accepted for the Conference
Live in an Emerging and Developing Economies, according to the list of the International Monetary Fund- World Economic Outlook 2009: http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/weo/2009/01/weodata/groups.htm#oem
Not have benefited from the hardship fund in the past
