Congress will be pleased to send a letter of invitation
to any individual making such a request. Please apply

on the part of the Congress Organizing Committee to provide
any financial support. |

| Each
delegate will be given a name badge at the registration
desk. All delegates are kindly requested to wear the badge
throughout the Conference. Only badge-wearers will be
admitted to the sessions and the social events. |

Organizing Committee accepts no liability for personal
injuries, or for loss or damage to property belonging
to conference delegates, either during, or as a result
of the Conference. You are kindly requested to check the
validity of your own insurance for this purpose before
leaving for Japan. |

conference venues are properly equipped for participants
physically challenged. In case you require special help,
please let us know in advance. |

| Fukuoka
is located in the northern part of Kyushu Island, the
southwest island of the four main islands of Japan. Fukuoka
is the economic, administrative and cultural center of
Kyushu. Being close to the Asian continent, Fukuoka has
been an important hub of international exchange from ancient
times. With a lot of places of cultural and historic interests,
Fukuoka is popular for sightseeing and visited by a large
number of tourists throughout the year. Fukuoka is also
a gateway to Kyushu Island which is well known of its
beautiful natural scenery with two active volcanoes, numerous
hot-spring resorts and cultural sites. |

average temperature in Fukuoka is around 17-19 degrees
Celsius (63-66 degrees Fahrenheit) in November. |

Fukuoka
Airport is the most convenient airport in Japan.
You can get an easy access from Narita-Tokyo,
and Kansai-Osaka International Airport. There
are cheaper flight if you fly thorough Inchong-Seoul(Korea).
Those who want to do some sight seeing in Kyoto,
we advise to use a flight over Kansai-Osaka airport. |
