*Registered participants who will only take part in the anniversary ceremony may not register an accompanying person.
* As the Accompanying Persons Program takes place at the same time as the International Seminar, it is not possible to register for both.
* The final deadline is Sunday, August 1, but registrations will close when the maximum number of participants is reached. Thank you for your understanding.
*For participation in committees, please register with PIANC.

How to register

Registration can only be completed online.

Payment is accepted only by credit card.
Note: We are unable to refund registration fees for any reason. Please be careful not to register twice.

Receive confirmation e-mail
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you used for registration. If you do not receive this confirmation within 30 minutes, your registration may not have been successful. In this case please contact the address for inquiries below.
Be sure to keep this e-mail because it serves as your proof of registration.

Visit reception on the day of the event
Print out your registration confirmation and present it at the reception desk on the day of the event. You will receive a name tag.

Notes
・If requested, please present an identification document carrying your full-face photograph on the day.
・If a large number of registrations are received, it may not be possible for all participants to attend the PIANC 125th anniversary ceremony. Your understanding is appreciated. (In this case, the Secretariat will contact you directly and your registration fee will be refunded.)
・The Secretariat may provide the names of those who have applied to attend and other information to associated organizations for the purposes of safety and the smooth running of this event. Your understanding is appreciated.
