Registration is available online only. (for both Advance Registration and Regular/On-site Registration)
Payment must be made by credit card.

Registration Fees

This Congress will be held jointly with the 51st Annual Meeting of the Japanese
Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology.
By registering for either meeting, participants will be able to attend both congresses.

＊Note
Please note that the 51st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology will be conducted in Japanese only.

*All fees are in Japanese Yen (JPY).

*This fee is tax-exempt.

◎Students (medical, orthoptist, and international students) are required to provide proof of student status.
Please upload a copy of your student ID when registering online.

◎Residents (PGY 1–4) / Graduate students are required to submit a certificate issued by the head of your institution or supervisor.
Please download the Registration Category Certificate [PDF], complete the required information, and upload the PDF file during online registration.

• Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances after payment has been completed.
• Please be careful not to register more than once. (e.g., both Advance Registration and Regular/On-site Registration)
• Please note that no refunds will be issued even if you are unable to attend the Congress for personal reasons.
• If you register using Gmail or similar email services, notification emails may not appear in your inbox due to spam filtering settings. Please check your Spam/Junk folder as the emails may have been automatically filtered.

Receipt / Certificate of Attendance

Please download your receipt from the My Page section of the online registration system.

A printed abstract book will not be created.
Abstracts will be available in the PDF Abstract Book on the Congress website.
(scheduled to be released in early July)

• The viewing password will be included in your registration confirmation email.
• A simple pocket program will be distributed at the venue on the day of the Congress.
