- Online "Student" Registration Process
- Choose "Student" category at the registration site.

- At the site, upload ".png/.jpg/.pdf file within 20MB."

- Please upload the real student ID as we confirm the validity on registration. If the student ID is deemed insufficient, complete it within 3 days after contacted by "Shunkosha." When the completion is not made within the 3 days, your registered ID will be forfeited.
- For persons who have already registered in other category but prefers to change the category to "Student"
For change/re-registration of your category, please login first with your registered ID; then report to "Contact" about your change.
"Shunkosha" will contact you by return and explain on the procedure and refund.
- It is highly recommended that you complete the online registration in order to present an abstract.
Online registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system only. Please read the guideline below on how to complete the registration process.

Payment Method
Payment of fees should be made ONLY by credit card.
- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Shunkosha'.
Cancellation Refund Policy
- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail.

Refund timing varies by credit card company.
- All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refund.
