Registration Guidelines

Important Note 1

Registration Deadline:
November 30, 2021 at 12 PM (Japan Standard Time)

Important Note 2

  • A new category, "Student," is added.
  • Online "Student" Registration Process
  • Choose "Student" category at the registration site.
  • At the site, upload ".png/.jpg/.pdf file within 20MB."
  • Please upload the real student ID as we confirm the validity on registration. If the student ID is deemed insufficient, complete it within 3 days after contacted by "Shunkosha." When the completion is not made within the 3 days, your registered ID will be forfeited.
  • For persons who have already registered in other category but prefers to change the category to "Student"
    For change/re-registration of your category, please login first with your registered ID; then report to "Contact" about your change.
    "Shunkosha" will contact you by return and explain on the procedure and refund.
  • It is highly recommended that you complete the online registration in order to present an abstract.
    Online registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system only. Please read the guideline below on how to complete the registration process.

  • Access HOME and select your registration category.
  • Payment
  • Complete

Your payment status

Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail, after the payment deposit is confirmed.

Registration Fee

Category
Physician 20,000 JPY
Resident/Trainees/Nurse 10,000 JPY
Student  Free

*Must upload the Student ID card/identification through the registration page.

Payment Method

Payment of fees should be made ONLY by credit card.

  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  • All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Shunkosha'.

Cancellation Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail.

  • Refund will be made after notification of cancellation.
    Refund timing varies by credit card company.
  • All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refund.
Cancellation by October 13 100% Refund
Cancellation after October 14 No Refund
