The 56th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Cardiovascular Surgery will be held on-site.
- Online registration will be available during the conference period as well.
- Name Badge will be printed at the venue on the day of the conference. Please bring the “Registration Confirmation QR Code” with you on the day of the event.

Registration Confirmation
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your registration has been completed. If you do not receive the email within 60 minutes after registering, your email address may have been incorrectly registered, or your registration may not have been completed due to some errors. Abstract Book
There will be no printed version of Abstract Book for the 56th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Cardiovascular Surgery. To view Abstract Book, please download Abstract Book App. The password to view Abstract Book will be displayed on your My page after the completion of your registration. Pocket Program will be available on site.
Name Badge, Receipt and Registration Certificate
<Name Badge>
You are required to print your Name Badge in color and bring it with you to the venue. It can be downloaded from your registration account page about 2 weeks prior to the congress period. Your Name Badge will be issued by scanning the QR card you received after completing your registration at the on-site reception machine.
- ＊Please make sure to wear the Name Badge while you are in the congress venue, or you may not be allowed to participate in the congress.
<Receipt and Registration Certificate>
The receipt for your registration fee and Registration Certificate can be downloaded from your registration account.
- ＊Please note that the receipt will not be available after the registration period.
Registration Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
- To change your personal information, please log in to the registration page using your login ID and password to complete the procedure by clicking the “Edit My Account” button.
- Changes to the membership category are not permitted, so please check your information before submitting.
- After payment has been completed, cancellations, cancellation of duplicate registrations, and refunds will not be accepted for any reason. In addition, once payment has been made, we cannot accept any changes that involve a change in the amount charged. Please review your registration details carefully before completing payment.
