3. Name Tags
Please write your affiliation and name on your name tag and wear it at all times inside the conference venue. Please keep it carefully, as it is required for renewal of certification as a specialist pathologist.
4. Volume of Abstracts
Starting from this Annual Meeting, distribution of volume of abstracts is replaced by digital abstract book. Digital abstract can be viewed at following site. For ID and Password, please contact the secretariat.

6. Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on Day 2 (May 13) in Venue A from 13:00.

9. Corporate Exhibition
The corporate exhibition will be held in the Exhibition Hall, Exhibition Bldg. 1F, Sendai International Center.
10. Luncheon Seminars
Luncheon seminars will be held on Day 1 from 12:30 and on Days 2 and 3 from 12:00.
Numbered tickets will be given out between the following times on each day. Please be aware that no more places will be available once all the numbered tickets have gone. Please also be aware that numbered tickets will not be valid 10 minutes after the start of the seminar for which they are issued.

11. Paging and Messages
In principle, paging of attendees will not be possible at the venue. Please use the message board that will be set up in the Foyer, Conference Bldg. 2F.
12. Mobile Phone Use
You are requested to refrain from having conversations on mobile phones inside the venue, as this is distracting to other attendees. Please switch your phone to silent mode on entering the venue, and use the lobby to make calls.
13. Non-Members of the Japanese Society of Pathology
Please complete the procedures for becoming a member at the Japanese Society of Pathology Secretariat Desk in the Exhibition Hall, Sendai International Center.
A microscopy room will be set up in the Venue K (Meeting Room 1&2, Conference Bldg. 1F). Please feel free to use it for the microscopic examination of samples from the Courses of Diagnostic Pathology and other uses.
During the meeting, complimentary drinks will be provided in the Exhibition Hall, Exhibition Bldg. 1F and Venue J (poster exhibition).
