■Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club are accepted.

■Confirmation
As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials.
※We will send the congress badge to domestic participants before the congress.
■Visa
Those who need an invitation letter from the Organizing Committee of JSPS2017 or those who need application documents, please contact the registration secretariat at jsps2017@congre.co.jp after your registration. We urge you to complete your registration by February 28, 2017, so that you would have ample time for applying for a visa. Please note we will prepare necessary documents only to those who have already completed registration with required payment. When contacting the secretariat office, please let us know your registration number.
