Regarding Cool Biz
During your attendance at the annual meeting, we recommend the business casual dress code, based on the temperature and humidity in midsummer in recent years. Jackets and ties are not required. We welcome your attendance in light clothes. The staff will also be participating in business casual attire. Thank you for your understanding.

Paging
Paging services over each room's public announcement system or sub-screens are not available. Only in cases of emergency will notifications be shown on the sub-screens. For other communications, a member communication board will be set up in front of the general reception desk.

Public LAN service below is available at lobby, basement concourse, and the plaza located between the hall building and the glass building, but not available in the halls and the meeting rooms. Please refer to each store and restaurant for available Wi-Fi service.
