Online registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system only. Please read the guideline below on how to complete the registration process.

- Log in
- Access HOME and select your registration category.
Your payment status
Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail, after the payment deposit is confirmed.
Payment of fees should be made ONLY by credit card.
- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Shunkosha'.
Cancellation Refund Policy
- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail.
E-mail title must be: [Cancellation] [ID] [Name]
- Refund will be made after notification of cancellation.
Refund timing varies by credit card company.
- All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refund.
