In order to take part in the 2012 15^th Annual IGPA Conference, all participants are required to complete registration and
pay the registration fee. Participants are able to take advantage of early-bird registration discounts by completing online registration until August. 31, 2012.

*Up to 3 accompanying persons per 1 Main Conference registrant (either IGPA member or non-member) are able to register.

Note:

- Registrations are non-transferable. You would not be able to give the right of your registration to other people.
- Payment must be made either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Credit Card:: The followings are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.
Bank Transfer:: If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, please note that the remittance charge caused in your country and in Japan should be borne by registrants.
Please complete your payment within 2 weeks after your registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made by informing the Registration Secretariat by e-mail.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:

Cancellation notice received at Registration Secretariat	Cancellation Fee (*Administrative charge JPY 3,000 applies per registration in all cases. Additionally, in case of refunding by bank transfer, the remittance charge caused in your country and in Japan would be borne by registrants.)
Before August 31, 2012	100% refund*
From September 1 to October 15, 2012	50% refund*
On/after October 16, 2012	No refund

Invitation Letter and Visa Application Documents

In addition to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa, issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country, to enter Japan.
Due to the official nature of visa documents issued by the organizer, prior registration including full payment is required to request a set of documents to support your visa application. When contacting the Secretariat, please let us know your registration number. Please also note that we may ask you to submit your CV.
