In order to take part in the 2012 15th Annual IGPA Conference, all participants are required to complete registration and
pay the registration fee. Participants are able to take advantage of early-bird registration discounts by completing online registration until August. 31, 2012.

- Registrations are non-transferable. You would not be able to give the right of your registration to other people.
- Payment must be made either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Bank Transfer:
If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, please note that the remittance charge caused in your country and in Japan should be borne by registrants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made by informing the Registration Secretariat by e-mail.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:

Invitation Letter and Visa Application Documents

In addition to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa, issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country, to enter Japan.
Due to the official nature of visa documents issued by the organizer, prior registration including full payment is required to request a set of documents to support your visa application. When contacting the Secretariat, please let us know your registration number. Please also note that we may ask you to submit your CV.
