| Please follow the instructions below to prepare a recorded presentation. |

| 1. |
Prepare slides in Microsoft PowerPoint. |
|
| 2. |
Click "Slide Show" > "Record Slide Show" > "Start Recording from Beginning" > "Record" to start recording your narration. You can record the narration as you run through your presentation. |

Recording will be automatically stopped and saved when you proceed all slides. |
|
| 4. |
Ensure that a small speaker icon appears at the bottom right of each slide. You can play the recorded audio by pressing the play button. |

To convert your presentation file to a MP4 file, click "File" > "Export" > "Create a video" Then select "moderate quality" and "Use Recorded Timings and Narrations". |

When you click "Create a Video", a "Save As" window will pop up. Specify the file name “Submission No. & your name” and select MP4 format as the file format. Click “Save” at the bottom right to create the video and it will be automatically saved to the device. |
