A confirmation e-mail was sent to your registered address soon after you complete the early bird registration. If you did not receive the e-mail, please contact the congress secretariat office (jmjcko2018@congre.co.jp). |

Invitation letter and documents for Visa application |

| Those who need an invitation letter or those who need application documents for visa from the Local Organizing Committee, please contact the congress secretariat <jmjcko2018@congre.co.jp> after completing the early bird registration. Please state your name, registration number, when you e-mail to the congress secretariat office. |
|
| Please note that we will prepare such necessary documents only to those who have already completed early bird registration with required payment. |
|
| It may take for a while until you obtain a visa from local embassy or consular office after you submit documents to them. We urge you to complete your early bird registration allowing enough time for receiving your visa. |

Cancellation and Refund Policy |

| A cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat no later than November 20 (Tue), 2018. After November 20 (Tue), 2018 there will be NO REFUNDS. |
