* All Registration fees are payable in Japanese yen only.
* Payment must be made online by credit card.
* A name badge for the congress can be picked up onsite at the Overseas Registration.
* Graduate students are included in “Fellows”.
* For Student Registration, a student ID or a certificate of employment with a seal of department head (any formats acceptable) should be presented at the registration desk onsite.
* No refunds will be made for cancellations once registration completed.
