Registration Fees

Medical interns/ Residents, Graduate Students, and Health-Care Professionals (Co-Medicals) , Students (Medical) must provide a certified document to prove the personal status.

Name Badge

Those who participate at the venue:
Name badge will be issued by scanning the QR code at the venue.
QR code is attached to the e-mail from the 77th Annual Congress of Japan Clinical Ophthalmology Congress Secretariat, or displayed on the main menu of the registration system.
Please be sure to bring the e-mail (or printout) with you.
