It is a great honor to welcome you to the 20th Congress of the Asian Society for Pediatric Research (ASPR 2027). We are especially delighted to host this milestone event alongside the 130th Annual Meeting of the Japan Pediatric Society (JPS).
The theme of this year’s congress “Harmonization in Asia, Innovation through Research” emphasizes our shared mission to advance pediatric health through scientific research while highlighting the importance of collaboration across Asia. The ASPR and JPS collaboration will create strong synergies, uniting a broad network of expertise to address evolving challenges in pediatrics.
Over the past two decades, the ASPR has evolved into a leading platform for advancing the health and well-being of Asian children while promoting international collaboration among pediatricians, clinical investigators, and healthcare professionals. At the ASPR 2027, in partnership with the JPS, we will present an outstanding scientific program featuring keynote lectures from world-renowned experts, interdisciplinary symposia, and interactive sessions designed to inspire new ideas and promote cross-border discussion.
Kyoto, a city where timeless heritage and scientific innovation blend seamlessly, will serve as an inspiring venue for our joint congress. We are confident that the international academic exchange fostered here will advance our research efforts and reinforce our commitment to the well-being of children in Asia and beyond.
