Please note that the deadline for the domestic (participants living in Japan) is different, set for Thursday, December 3, 2015.

Note: All registrations received after October 16, 2015, will be processed as “On-site registration”.

How to pre-register

Click the “Pre-Registration Form” button below.

  • Complete the form and send it to cornea2016@congre.co.jp
  • Please make sure to bring the confirmation mail to Registration Desk on-site in order to receive the appropriate pre-registration rate.
  • Please prepare and bring “Certificate form” or “Student ID” if you are required to provide them.
  • Pay the registration fee in cash at the On-site Registration Desk.

Note: No payment will be accepted in advance.

  • After completing the payment, you will receive a name card and a program/abstract book.
