Qualification
Authors and co-authors affiliated with institutions outside Japan are not required to be members of the Japanese Association of Cardiovascular Intervention and Therapeutics (CVIT). However, authors and co-authors affiliated with institutions in Japan are required to become CVIT members by the time of the meeting.

We are planning "Nightmare Case Special Session" to widely share experiences in treating and managing difficult-to-treat complex cases and complications, so we encourage applications (limited to educational applications). All catheter-related procedures, including PCI, EVT, and SHD Interventions, are eligible.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted online only. Please read the abstract submission guidelines and registration instructions on the official website carefully before submitting.

Online Registration Instructions
- Click the “New Registration” button at the bottom of the official Call for Abstracts page to open the online submission system.
- Click “Create Your Account Now”, enter your personal information, and create an account.
- After registration, your login ID and password will be displayed on the confirmation screen. An account-registration confirmation e-mail will also be sent to your registered e-mail address.
- If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, contact the Congress Secretariat at cvit2027-abs@m.congre.co.jp.
- Log in using your ID and password, then confirm your personal information and register your abstract.
- Select Abstract Submission (Doctor),” complete all required fields, and proceed to the registration-complete screen.
- A submission-completion e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If it does not arrive within 30 minutes, contact cvit2027-abs@m.congre.co.jp.
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection
Applicants will be notified of the acceptance results by email in March 2027. The final presentation format, session, and acceptance decision will be determined by the Congress President.
