Call for Abstracts for Poster Session
We invite you to submit abstracts for the poster session at the Humanitude Sans Frontières International Conference. The language of the poster should be English.

Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must include the following contents and be submitted by e-mail as a Word file.
- The font of abstracts must be Century.
- Submitted abstracts will be included in the Proceedings of the Conference.

Contents to be Included
(1) Presentation category (Please select one of the categories from A to E shown above.)
(2) Title of the abstract (within 40 words)
(3) Organizational affiliation
(4) Name of authors (The name of the presenting author must be written first.)
(5) Main text (within 800 words)
Main texts in the “Case report” category and other categories should be structured differently.

Acceptance Announcement
The acceptance decision will be notified in early September 2026.
The acceptance decision and date, time and location of presentations will be decided by the Conference President.
Poster Display and Presentation
The presenter is required to stand by the poster at the designated time, explain the poster to participants and answer questions. Each presentation will be three minutes long, including question-and-answer time.
The poster must be prepared to fit into the panel dimensions shown below, and include the title, organizational affiliation, name of the presenter and main text.
*Abstract number will be provided by the Secretariat.
